The carbon steel wire buckle ball valve produced by Shengshi Huagong is an opening and closing device with a carbon steel valve body and a threaded connection. It drives the ball (usually a stainless steel or carbon steel nickel-plated ball) by rotating the valve stem to achieve on-off control of the pipeline medium. It has a compact design and good sealing performance. It is suitable for small and medium-caliber pipeline systems, especially for high-pressure, high-temperature or corrosive media environments.
The valve body of the carbon steel threaded ball valve is made of high-quality carbon steel, which is precision cast and surface treated (galvanized, sprayed or epoxy coated). It has strong pressure resistance and excellent impact resistance; the internal channel of the valve body is smooth, which can reduce fluid resistance.
The connection method of this product adopts threaded thread (NPT/BSP/metric thread), which is easy to install and does not require welding. It is suitable for pipes of DN15-DN50. The thread seal can be matched with raw tape or thread glue to enhance air tightness. The ball valve ball is made of stainless steel 304/316 or carbon steel coating, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
