Pneumatic Stainless Steel Threaded Ball Valve

This pneumatic stainless steel threaded ball valve is mainly composed of a stainless steel valve body, ball, valve stem, sealing ring, pneumatic actuator and control accessories. The valve body, ball and valve stem are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, and are precision cast and processed to ensure high strength and corrosion resistance; the sealing ring is made of high-quality materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and nitrile rubber (NBR) to achieve efficient sealing; the pneumatic actuator is composed of a cylinder, piston, spring, pneumatic control element, etc., and is driven by compressed air to accurately control the opening and closing of the valve.

When compressed air enters the cylinder of the pneumatic actuator, the piston generates thrust under the action of air pressure, pushing the valve stem to rotate, and then driving the ball to rotate. When the compressed air pushes the piston to rotate the ball 90°, the valve opens and the medium passes smoothly; when the compressed air flow direction is changed, the piston drives the valve stem to rotate 90° in the opposite direction under the action of the spring reset force or reverse air pressure, and the valve closes to cut off the flow of the medium. In addition, by matching control accessories such as solenoid valves and positioners, the valve can be remotely controlled, the flow rate can be adjusted, and it can be seamlessly connected with the automation control system.
