Our Shengshi Chemical's soft sealed flange butterfly valve for water supply pipelines adopts flange connection, and bolts are used to tightly fix the valve and pipeline flange to ensure the stability and sealing of the connection; the core soft sealing structure is coated with elastic sealing materials such as rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) on the edge of the butterfly plate, and the flexibility and deformation ability of the material are used to achieve zero leakage or extremely low leakage, effectively preventing medium leakage. When working, the butterfly plate rotates 90° around the valve stem axis to realize the opening, closing and flow regulation functions of the valve, and is a reliable fluid control element in the pipeline system.

Installation and maintenance

Installation points:
